Our Mission

Our name is new, but we've been creating custom homes for over 40 years under Houston Homes, LLC.  Our new home building experience across Saint Charles, Lincoln and Warren counties, Copper Leaf Custom Homes is uniquely prepared to create homes built on your lot.

Our team is equipped with real estate credentials to assist in property and lot research, construction loans, land acquisition, project management, architectural design, material and finish selections, construction, and interior design. 


We make the process is simple and rewarding! In fact, we offer two unique solutions for you to consider: Build with an existing floorplan (we have 18 great options) or our architectural team can draft a home that is only limited by your imagination!
